At Trend Zone Wholesale, we strive to provide high-quality inventory for your business, but we understand that certain situations require a return or exchange. We offer a 14-day return window for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped to ensure your satisfaction.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate a Request
Log in to your wholesale account and submit a return request through the 'Order History' section within 14 days of delivery.
- 2.Provide Documentation
Upload clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect items along with a copy of your packing slip to expedite the approval process.
- 3.Receive Authorization
Once our team reviews your claim, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label if the error was ours.
- 4.Ship and Refund
Pack the items securely in their original packaging and ship them back to our warehouse; your refund or credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
